Governance
Cooperation and networks to ensure the continuity of the common strategy
The governance system emphasises coordination between local, regional and state administrations, as well as with European institutions. Its purpose is to ensure the continuity of the Pyrenean Climate Change Strategy (EPiCC) beyond the horizon of specific projects, sharing and generating networks among stakeholders in the Pyrenees. Promoting connections between the scientific community, the administration and civil society is the basis for working to activate the resilience of the Pyrenees.
Accordingly, the LIFE P4C project proposes updating the EPiCC Operational Plan 2031–2040, based on all the experience gained in other actions and systems, and strengthening cross-border cooperation by involving the seven cross-border Pyrenean territories on a stable basis.
